My question on this subject of fat weight loss would be? How To Strip Midriff Fat, Please Can You? If you could answer all the questions and solve all the problems of weight loss, midriff fat loss, and sustaining that weight loss.
You would be a fat loss guru ranked up there with Warren Buffet and Bill Gates in income status.
It is not going to happen for this reason.
There are millions of people in the USA alone that have this over weight and obesity problem.
Not one of these millions of people are alike and have the same specific weight problem.
That is why I am going to discuss the area that I have a problem with which is Midriff Fat.
You have probably tried low-carbohydrate diets, being a type 1 diabetic using an insulin-pump I am very familiar with counting carbs.
These low carbohydrate diets do not work.
They are so very stringent, can not keep up the strictness of the carb diet, and make your life miserable as your body does not function properly without carbs especially,diabetics, causing headaches, irritability, hypoglycemia, and loss of sleep (Hey, I get miserable, irritable, and sick when I get hungry).
Low carb diets will actually cause you to gain weight after the weight is lost initially.
Have you heard of these "low fat" foods? I know you have seen them in your favorite supermarkets.
These foods are typically calorie abundant and will actually make you gain more weight! Low fat foods DO NOT enhance weight loss.
Starving yourself does not even make good sense.
Prepackaged and holly wood diets are too expensive and if you can afford them,what about sustainability over time? A year or two down the road why are you still overweight? Conventional wisdom has always told us to eat our breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday, however there is more to it than this...
and actually eating 3 large meals per day is not good for our body.
What if we told you that you could burn more calories and have a better metabolism simply by eating more often.
How do 5 meals a day sound? Hmm.
If you eat smaller meals and eat the right foods, you can eat more and lose more weight! Sounds ridiculous, but our bodies are very complicated and if you understand your body, you can truly manipulate your metabolism.
Speed up your metabolism and mix in a little exercise.
